1. Why should I join AnimeNigeria?
It is a site for animation lovers that removes all the time and effort spent searching for you favourite animation. We provide the service of mailing animations selected to the postal address of the member. Just ensure you postal address is accurate in order not to miss out.
2. Must I register?
Yes you must register. This is the only way we can get the necessary information from you ( like Name, postal address .... ) to ensure you enjoy the full benefits of this site.
3. So the animation?
We have a list of animation on our "Collections" page to choose from. The animations themselves are FREE but a service charge is required ( storage device, postal , site maintenance ... ) in order to recieve animations. The charge is relatively small compared to the satisfaction derived.
4. How do I get animations?
Well, after you register, you have a username and an account. This account can be credited by paying the amount into any intercontinental bank. The account details are :

It takes about 12 hours for the account details to be put into the system, then you can confirm your deposit by visiting the "My Account" Page and selecting the "Deposit" link.
Once your deposit is confirmed, the amount is added to your profile. With this you can request a bunch of animations from the collections we have, that is as long as it does not exceed the amount in your profile.
After processing your request, you will get an email notifying you of your processed request and how soon to expect the delivery to the postal address given.
5. What do I recieve in the mail?
You recieve a DVD or CD with the animations sent by mail. They are normally movie files ( Just like when you download ) of different formats; avi, rmvb, mkv, ogm.
6. What if I cannot play the video file?
Your media player and Real player are good for some files but VLC player and Media player classic play most video files today. Media player classic is free but not to worry you would get one with your initial request. You can install this and not have issues playing any video file.
7. What if I have issues crediting my account?
If you have issues crediting your account, you have to send the details to servicedesk@animenigeria.com ( Date of deposit, Name of depositor , Amount deposited, and means of payment(cash, cheque or Internet transfer)).
8. What if I do not get the mail?
Once the status of a request has been changed to "processed", it means it has been sent. The onus falls on you to provide the accurate mail address and ensure you can recieve mails at the address. However, you can contact servicedesk@animenigeria.com.
9. What about the shopping cart?
For your ease of use, the shopping cart is "drag and drop". Just drag the animation you want to the shopping cart. You can also use the "Add to Shopping Cart" link to add an item to your shopping cart. When you are done, you can click on "Proceed to Shopping Cart" to confirm the ones you want in the shopping cart. |
